British actress Tilda Swinton is engaged in talks to star in "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button."

AceShowbiz - Seems Tilda Swinton is willing to get herself busier this time. Recently reported to have taken a role in Erick Zonka's "Julia", the actress is now involved in negotiations to play a role in Paramount Pictures' high-profile project of "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button." Along with her, Jason Flemyng and Taraji P. Henson are also in talks to join the cast line-up.

If everything goes well, Swinton then will be billed alongside other two big names of Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett who both have collaborated in Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu "Babel" which will open in theaters this November. The British actress previously appeared in last year's box office hit of "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe."

Based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's short story of the same title, "Benjamin Button" sees Pitt as a 50-year-old man who begins to aging backward and falls in love with a 30-year-old woman, played by Blanchett. Production is slated to begin on November 6 in New Orleans with David Fincher at helm and Eric Roth penning the script.
