New Superman Brandon Routh stays firmly on the top spot of AceShowbiz's Top 100 Celebrity Buzz of July 2006 edition.

AceShowbiz - Looks like the charm of Brandon Routh still works its magic effectively this time. Continuing to draw vast public attention, especially through his impressive portrayal of the titular hero in "Superman Returns", the actor has successfully maintained his position on the top spot of AceShowbiz.com's Celebrity Buzz of July 2006 edition, marking his second time in a row to be the best on the list.
On the second place, here comes Jenna Jameson who goes up one step higher from last month's position followed by newcomer Johnny Depp at 3rd, much thanks to his memorable reprised portrayal of Captain Jack Sparrow in this summer's box office hit "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest." Great boost also strikes the beautiful Vida Guerra as she bounces 13 ranks from her last-month position to be the 4th best. Seating on the 5th rank is another newcomer, Carmen Electra, whose marriage to Dave Navarro sadly encountered its end in July.
The next top ten delightfully give more favor to music artists for Justin Timberlake, fresh from his new released single of "SexyBack", has been placed on number 6 with Beyonce Knowles on the 7th spot and Il Divo on the 8th. Behind them, Scarlett Johansson strives high to secure the 9th rank while Jessica Simpson takes up the 10th, both experience significant leap as they jump 53 and 33 points, respectively, from their previous positions.
More new entries surprisingly lurch forward to claim their spots in the rest ranks of the list rounding up to number 100 and apart from newcomers enlisted in the top ten, 29 names have been counted on to be put on the list. Among those are Jesse Metcalfe, Colin Farrell, Orlando Bloom, Keira Knightley, plus Wilson brothers, Luke Wilson and Owen Wilson, all seemingly gain advantages from the wide exposure of their new film features.
Jesse Metcalfe, whose new film "John Tucker Must Die" has reached the 3rd place in the weekend box office, seats firmly at number 15 while Colin Farrell, taking benefit from his recent vehicle "Miami Vice", secures the 22nd. The same goes for Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley who both star in "Dead Man's Chest" as they manage to be placed on the 75th and 77th rank, respectively. "My Super Ex-Girlfriend" star Luke Wilson comes next at 83rd to surpass his brother, Owen Wilson, who takes number 95 after shining brightly in "You, Me and Dupree."
Another thing worth to be noted in the list is certainly none other than the top shakers/ movers. Names include Zac Efron (+75), Vin Diesel (+47), Pamela Anderson (+33), Alexa Vega (+27), April Scott (-62), Bow Wow (-56), Nelly Furtado (-55), Bette Davis (-42), Ben Affleck (-41), and Ralph Fiennes (-38).
