"Pirates of the Caribbean" crew create two-disk CD titled "Rogue's Gallery: Pirate Ballads, Sea Songs & Chanteys".

AceShowbiz - Looking upon the success of "Pirates of the Caribbean", the movie director decided that it, though, as yet enough. Thus, having such realization Gore Verbinski then lends his hand at singing.

And with the help of Johnny Depp and Hal Willner, the threesome then join forces with Anti Records to create "Rogue's Gallery: Pirate Ballads, Sea Songs & Chanteys," a two-disk CD with more songs about the sea and pirates.

Greater than that, such famous musicians as Bono, Sting, Nick Cave and some other notable singers also are giving contribution to the swashbuckling album. Collected more than 600 songs, 43 of which made it onto the album after previously were shortened to 60 recorded songs.

"Rogue's Gallery: Pirate Ballads, Sea Songs & Chanteys" is slated for an August 22nd release date.
