Terrence Howard and Topher Grace are ready to be "The Crusaders".

AceShowbiz - A Supreme Court case back in 1954, a lawsuit of Brown vs. Board of Education, is the base for New Line's silver screen project entitled "The Crusaders".
The story tells about a lawsuit aiming to end segregation in schools, which was handled by Jack Greenberg and Thurgood Marshall. Greenberg himself is a recent law school grad, while Marshall, the head of the NAACP's Legal Defense Fund, was eventually the first African-American Supreme Court justice.
New Line has also approached Alex Graves, who is the executive producer of NBC series "The West Wing", to direct the movie. Graves comes up as the replacement for the previous helmer, Brad Silberling.
On the scriptwriter credit, John Romano is fully in charge. There has been the previous version of the script, written by Paul Redford and Lawrence O'Donnell who based the writing on the Greenberg's memoir, "Crusaders in the Courts". Redford and O'Donnell are both also involved in writing the script of "The West Wing".
Terrence Howard is going to take the role together with Topher Grace in the movie. Howard played as Cameron Thayer in the Oscar winning movie, "Crash". While, Topher will appear in the upcoming "Spider-Man 3".
