The file is now closed, so a spokesman for the singer said, and thus George has escaped charges over the claims.
Further the spokesman revealed "Inquiries were made to establish the owner of the vehicle, but the file is now closed." In the accompanying feature, it is reported that George's insurers footing the $26,250 repair bill.
