A woman claiming to have had romantic encounters with Sheen is suing the actor, claiming one of the characters in sitcom, Two and a Half Men, is a rip

AceShowbiz - Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen surely becoming dizzier in the coming days as his legal problems have just doubled with the lawsuit brings in to the court by Ursula Auburn. Claiming to have had romantic encounters with Sheen, Ursula filed a lawsuit Wednesday April 26th, 2006 in Los Angeles, alleged one of the characters in Sheen's sitcom, "Two and a Half Men," is a rip-off of her relationship with the actor.

In her complaint Auburn further alleged she had a "series of romantic encounters" with Sheen from 1992 to 1998 and the ''wacky neighbor and female stalker, Rose, a brunette'' in the series is based on her involvement with Sheen.

Claims she has suffered ''humiliation, emotional distress, embarrassment, chagrin, mortification and immeasurable grief'', Auburn is seeking not less than $1 million in damages, as well as punitive damages.
