AceShowbiz - Martin Singer, the attorney for Britney Spears, said on Wednesday April 12th, 2006 that the child welfare agents who visited the pop singer's house in response to a hospital report of an injury to baby boy Sean Preston have cleared her and her husband Kevin Federline of any wrongdoing.

While Martin won't provide any further details concerning the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, or DCSF visit to Spears' house, published accounts by the Los Angeles Times and People magazine mentioned that the Saturday visit to the star's home is prompted by an 'incident' during which Preston fell from a high chair and hit his head.

Per People magazine, the baby slipped from his nanny's arms and fell to the floor as she was lifting him from the high chair and "something snapped in the chair." Well, at least the baby is okay now and so does with the parents.
