Alba has threatened Playboy lothario Hugh Hefner with legal action, insisting the March issue of his magazine suggests she poses "nude or semi-nude"

AceShowbiz - Actress Jessica Alba is threatened to sue Playboy, claiming the publication has used her image for commercial purposes without her consent and causing "immeasurable harm" to her reputation and career.
Earlier this week, the Sin City star has through her legal team shot off a legal warning to Playboy Enterprises, accusing Hugh Hefner of placing her image from Into the Blue poster on the cover of the soft-porn publication's March issue without her knowledge or consent and worse making it seem like she appears in a "semi-nude pictorial" within the pages of the magazine.
Alba's attorney, Brian Wolf, claims that his client once was approached by Playboy about posing for photos in connection with an article on Hollywood's 25 Sexiest Celebrities, but that she refused the offer and denied Playboy permission to use her picture. Thus, Alba then demands Playboy to immediately stop distributing the offending issue besides requests that Playboy turn over any profits from the sale of its Alba issue to the reluctant cover girl.
