AceShowbiz - Deeply in love with the story, Theresa Russell has inked a deal to star in the highly anticipated "Spider-Man 3."
The actress is set to play Mrs Marko, the wife of Flint Marko a.k.a. Sandman, played by Thomas Haden Church.
Despite the fact that the plot remains secret, the trade says that the villainous couple has a daughter.
Co-wrote the story with his brother Ivan Raimi, Sam Raimi will direct as well. Shooting started this month and the film is scheduled for a May 4, 2007 release date.
