The spell spoken by the witch still has its power over others that "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" gloriously dominates the box office for the third straight weekend with $20.4 million. Meanwhile, "Aeon Flux" only scores $13.1 million, to debut at No. 2.
The No. 3 movie for this weekend is "Walk the Line" with $10 million, followed behind by "Yours, Mine and Ours" at 4th with $8.4 million and "Just Friends" at 5th with $5.9 million. Securing the 6th position in the box office is "Pride and Prejudice," which scores $4.62 million, ahead of "Rent" at 7th with $4.6 million.
Disney's animation "Chicken Little" taking in $4.5 million to be at No. 8, while "Derailed" wins the 9th place with $2.4 million. Finishing this weekend Top 10 is "In the Mix" which scores $1.9 million.
