Anthony Hopkins and Clint Eastwood are among those to be honoured during the upcoming film awards season

AceShowbiz - It's close to the big days when we're about to welcome film awards season. Firstly we will have the Golden Globes ceremony that will be held in Beverly Hills on January 16, 2006. Still in the same month, just days after, January 22 to be more specific, we have the Producers Guild of America.
In the meantime, names come to the surface to be among the award recipients in both events. Oscar-winning Anthony Hopkins is reported to receive a lifetime achievement award at the Golden Globe Awards. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association, which organizes the annual film honors, announced Wednesday that Hopkins will receive the Cecil B. DeMille Award.
Whereas, Award-winning actor and director Clint Eastwood is set to receive the guild's Milestone Award at the Producers Guild of America, which is given in recognition of his contributions to the entertainment industry.
