Robb Builds the Bridge

AnnaSophia Robb has landed the female lead in "Bridge to Terabithia"

What a woman can't do? If you ask this to she would probably answer 'nothing.' Approvingly she can do anything. The actress is about to build the bridge. What bridge? The "."

The film is based on Katherine Paterson's Newberry Medal-winning children's novel of the same title, which Gabor Csupo about to direct with Jeff Stockwell is writing the screenplay. Filming is scheduled to begin February in New Zealand for a spring 2007 release.

"Bridge to Terabithia" tells the story of an 11-year-old boy whose life is changed forever when he befriends the class outsider, a girl (Robb). Together they create the world of Terabithia, an imaginary kingdom filled with giants, trolls and other magical beings.
