Neo-Soul Duo Floetry Back with
Music

Two years after their live album, "Floacism," Floetry is back with their November 8 release "Flo'Ology"

AceShowbiz - It's been two years since neo-soul duo Floetry released their live album "Floacism" and three years after their debut "Floetic." After spending much of their time on the road, the British hip-hop females are back with the November 8 release "Flo'Ology."

"This album is utterly self-centered," says Natalie Stewart about the new set. "It's about breaking ourselves down, knocking ourselves off our pedestals, building up again and getting knocked off again. It's about articulating your feelings," she continues.

As of Ambrosius, she recalls "There was no sit down and plan this thing. We don't work that way. We work on how we feel. That may mean there's some grief, but there's also a lot of love and passion."

The first single of "Flo'Ology" titled "Supastar," featuring Geffen rapper Common, is one of two contributions from producer Scott Storch. It's No. 57 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and let's hope the same attainment also works for the rest of the album's singles.
