The rapper, born Earl Simmons, pleaded guilty in December 2004 to reckless endangerment and admitted he was on Valium when he crashed his SUV into a gate at Kennedy Airport in June 2004.
As a result he was then sentenced to a conditional discharge, which means that further violations within a year would send him to stay behind the bar. Didn't act wisely, DMX since then has been booked twice for traffic violations. Try to be honest, on Tuesday he admitted to Judge Dorothy Chin-Brandt that he had committed the two violations while his driver's license was either suspended or revoked.
For the things happened, DMX should pay the cost. Thus, he is sent to 60 days in prison after pleading guilty to violating the conditions of his release following an accident last year and scheduled to be sentenced Nov. 17.
