Former Phish frontman Trey Anastasio has settled on the track list for "Shine," his first album since the summer 2004 split of his jam band

AceShowbiz - Trey Anastasio has split from former band Phish since summer 2004. Now the time has come for him to release "Shine," his first album ever that is reportedly due Nov. 1 as a DualDisc via Columbia.

The album consists of 12-track audio side produced by Brendan O'Brien, and DVD side that will sport live footage of the album's "Air," "Shine," "Come As Melody," and the as yet unreleased "Dark and Down," to be released August 13 at Colorado's Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

Those who wants to get the bonus EP, "Live From Chicago," which was taped August 10 at the city's Charter One Pavilion and features "Shine" track "Spin," a re-arranged take on "Burlap Sack and Pumps" and "Goodbye Head," should order "Shine" through Anastasio's Web site (https://www.treyanastasio.com).

In related news, Anastasio also announces a fall tour with his new band, 70 Volt Parade, with two shows opening for The Rolling Stones Thursday October 6 in Charlottesville, Va., and Saturday in Durham, N.C. Headlining dates are on tap through December 7 at the Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles.
