AceShowbiz - Country music star LeAnn Rimes won't host the talent competition show "Nashville Star" for the second consecutive week because she is suffering from a broken blood vessel on one of her vocal chords. Doctors mention the injury as a result of a severe bout with viral bronchitis, and they hope the star has "a speedy recovery."
Rimes, who because of the injury has also canceled planned appearances in Texas and Arizona, indeed, hopes to be back in place for the April 26 "Nashville Star" season finale. While she's ailing, another popular country artist, Sara Evans, will fill in as host of the USA Networks series until Rimes gets well and strong enough to host the show.
