James Dean Death 50th Anniversary

To mark the 50th anniversary of James Dean death, a series of his lost photographs will be displayed

To mark the 50th anniversary of movie legend, James Dean, death, a series of his lost photographs, taken by acclaimed photojournalist Phil Stern, will be displayed. The lost photographs to be exhibited at London's Sony Ericsson Proud Central Gallery from April 29, 2005, will show the icon in his early 20s.

As part of the 50th anniversary celebrations, there will also the release of a DVD box set, which will premiere at next month's Cannes Film Festival, and a three-day event, the James Dean Fest, to be held in his hometown of Marion, Indiana.
