Stayed at no. 2 was the 18th compilation of "Now That's What I Call Music" sold 269,000 copies in its second week of release.

Be at no. 3 was R&B singer Frankie J, whose album "One" sold 130,000 copies. Came after him was Green Day's "American Idiot," which was sold 103,000 copies, and the rock group Queens of the Stone Age, which "Lullabies to Paralyze" sold 97,000 in its first week. To come at no.10 on the album chart was Lifehouse, who sold 62,957 copies of their self-titled debut, while country singer Trace Adkins' "Songs About Me" sold about 100 fewer copies to place 11th.
