AceShowbiz - The actor-turned-politician Arnold Schwarzenegger will probably face UK libel trial due to a legal action brought by British television host Anna Richardson who claims to be sexually assaulted by him and his two campaign workers. In a 2003 article over the assault claim, which appeared in the Los Angeles Times, Richardson claimed the now California governor to grope her breast during a 2000 interview in a London hotel.
Detailing the case, High Court judge David Eady said on Wednesday that legal papers could be legally served against Schwarzenegger in the United States and that he was "not peripheral" to the case. Such decision means he could face a libel trial in Britain later this year.
