Missy Elliott's street wear collection hit a snag in Denmark that it was withdrawn from Danish stores

AceShowbiz - Missy Elliott's street wear collection has been claimed to have the similar logo with the one of Queen Margrethe II that Denmark royal court then said it infringed on the queen copyright. In fact, the queen logo consists of a crown on top of the letters "M-2-R,"with the "R" standing for the Latin word for queen, Regina, while Missy Elliott's line uses a logo consists of a crown on top of the words "Respect" and Missy Elliott's initials "M.E."

In hearing this snag, the clothing maker Adidas-Salomon AG then soon withdrew the line from Danish stores. And as confirmed by Adidas spokeswoman Margaret Sap, the company had agreed to remove the clothing from Danish stores, and that the similarity was merely a coincidence. So there's nothing to worry about, right?!
