Actor Tom Sizemore has been jailed for failing a drug test with fake penis

AceShowbiz - Misuse his probation for the charges of abusing his ex-girlfriend, Heidi Fleiss, given last month by Judge Antonio Baretto, who allowed him to shoot his new film in Cambodia with drug test every day prior to his departure, Tom Sizemore has been jailed until a hearing on February 24, 2005 or he may post $25,000 in bond.
The charge has been given over Sizemore attempt to failing a drug test by using a "prosthetic" penis to fake the results and even more for he has failed three more successive drug tests in three days after the "fake penis incident."
