Presenting in it Nelson himself and many other musicians, such as Kelly Willis, Bruce Robison, the Joe Ely Band, Patty Griffin, Alejandro Escovedo, Ray Price and Spoon that charity music concert sold out in less than 7 hours, accumulating $75,000 for the Red Cross, UNICEF news-web sites and CARE.

Merging many other concerts organized around the world, including New York City, India, Australia and the United Kingdom, Nelson wanted to give an opportunity for people who wanted to do something to help Tsunami victims in various ways.
