Tom Hardy was born Edward Thomas Hardy on September 15, 1977 in Hammersmith, London. He has one son, named Louis Thomas (b. 2008) with then wife Sarah Ward, whom he married from 1999 to 2004. He then married actress Charlotte Riley, whom he worked with on "The Take" and "Wuthering Heights", on July 4, 2014.
